Yes, an appointment letter is emailed to you a few days before you begin your journey.
One of our Healthcare Abroad UK team will meet you in the Airport at the disability area (OCS) on the departures level. Please arrive 2.5 hours before departure. Please call us if you cannot find this area.
There will be a member of staff from Healthcare Abroad UK who will meet you at the aiport when you arrive in Spain who will also bring you back to the aiprort for your return flight. As part of your healthcare experience, you will be driven to and from your hospital appointments for the duration of your stay.
Your accommodation will be booked by Healthcare Abroad UK depending on your needs such as which hospital you will be staying and depending on your surgery.
